Why Choose Bwblin?
At Bwblin we believe food should nourish, excite, and connect us to place. We work with organic growers and Welsh producers who care about their soil and their communities. We ferment in small batches, by hand, with minimal waste. And we ship carbon-neutral, because the future of food has to be
sustainable.
Fermentation is one of the oldest ways to preserve food, but it’s also one of the most exciting. Every jar is alive, fizzing with beneficial bacteria, complex flavours, and natural vibrancy. We don’t disguise our ferments; we let them shine. That’s why our branding is stripped back. The produce speaks for itself.
Our subscription box changes with the seasons. Every three months, you’ll receive 3–4 small-batch ferments that
highlight British vegetables at their peak. Spring might bring wild garlic kraut and crisp asparagus pickles. Summer could mean a courgette kimchi and a cucumber & elderflower brine. Autumn leans into apples, beets, and heritage carrots, while winter features Brussels sprout kimchi and celeriac kraut. Each box is different, but all are rooted in our ethos: local, sustainable, artisan.
Fermented foods are more than a trend. They’re living, breathing foods that have been part of human diets for centuries. Sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, miso, relishes — all deliver beneficial bacteria to support gut health and digestion. But we’re not here to lecture. We’re here to share delicious, bold, gut-friendly foods that belong at the heart of everyday eating.
