Your teacher

Learn with Anna
from Bwblin.

I make seasonal, unpasteurised ferments in small batches on Anglesey.

I created Ferment Fearlessly to make fermentation feel understandable rather than mysterious — using the same practical, safety-led approach I use when making Bwblin's own ferments.

My aim isn't simply to give you another collection of recipes. I want you to understand what is happening in the jar so you can make good decisions for yourself.
