Fresh, clean and beautifully balanced, this is an everyday kraut with a subtle woodland note. Perfect alongside roasted vegetables, grain bowls, cheese boards or simple suppers.
Like all Bwblin ferments, it’s slow-fermented, unpasteurised, and alive with naturally occurring cultures.
