Our Winter Collection is a seasonal trio of naturally fermented fruits and vegetables, guided by what’s growing well and tasting its best right now.

What’s inside:

🌼 Golden Beetroot, Apple & Rooibos

Golden beetroot with apple and rooibos tea. The brine has a sweet, earthy flavour with gentle aromatics. (Caffeine-free).

Deep golden in colour with a beautifully complex, living brine (designed to be used — in dressings, drinks or drizzled over grains). Particularly lovely through winter, when vibrant colour and nourishment feel most welcome.

🥬 Kalette & Juniper Sauerkraut

A fresh, bright and comforting sauerkraut made with kalettes and juniper berries. Naturally fermented and packed in brine for a crisp texture and clean, tangy flavour.

This is our everyday, iconic sauerkraut. Incredibly versatile and easy to love. Perfect alongside roasted veg, eggs, cheese, sandwiches, soups or simply forked straight from the pouch.

🧄 Kohlrabi & Leek Kimchi

A bold, kimchi-style ferment made with kohlrabi and leek, slowly fermented and packed in its living brine. Full of flavour, but not spicy.

Crunchy and deeply umami, with gentle garlic, apple for balance and mineral-rich dulse (seaweed). Delicious with rice bowls, noodles, eggs, roasted vegetables or stirred through warm grains.
