To taste with
Spread generously in sandwiches, wraps or burgers, especially with roast chicken, ham, smoked fish or grilled vegetables.
Lovely alongside hot dogs, sausages or BBQ plates as a brighter alternative to slaw.
Spoon onto baked potatoes, grain bowls or salads for creaminess and tang.
Delicious with cheese boards, rye crackers or seeded sourdough.
Tip: toss through warm new potatoes or use as a quick dressing with a squeeze of lemon.
