A fresh, vibrant twist on the classic remoulade, made with organic British celeriac and naturally fermented for gentle tang, depth of flavour and gut-friendly goodness.

Crunchy and delicately sweet from British apple, this is a brighter, livelier take on a deli favourite. Perfect if you love bold flavour but want something less heavy than mayo-based salads and spreads.

Slow-fermented in small batches, it delivers richness, freshness and character in every forkful.

To taste with

Spread generously in sandwiches, wraps or burgers, especially with roast chicken, ham, smoked fish or grilled vegetables.

Lovely alongside hot dogs, sausages or BBQ plates as a brighter alternative to slaw.

Spoon onto baked potatoes, grain bowls or salads for creaminess and tang.

Delicious with cheese boards, rye crackers or seeded sourdough.

Tip: toss through warm new potatoes or use as a quick dressing with a squeeze of lemon.
