Made with organic British-grown pak choi and carrots, this naturally fermented kimchi is packed with savoury garlic, warming ginger and a gentle chilli kick. It's fresh, crunchy and full of flavour, with a medium spice level that's balanced enough to enjoy every day.

If you've never tried kimchi before, this is a great place to start.

Slow-fermented in small batches, alive with naturally occurring cultures, and handmade in Wales.
