Learn to make your own delicious kimchi, understand the basics of fermentation and build your confidence to keep fermenting at home.
I’ll guide you through each step, from preparing the ingredients to packing your jars and caring for your kimchi as it ferments. You’ll take home the jars of kimchi you’ve made, ready to start bubbling away!
Everything is included: ingredients, jars, equipment and recipes. Just bring yourself and your questions.
I’m always happy to chat about all things ferments, so whether you’re completely new or have a ferment at home you’re unsure about, please come ready to ask. I’d love to help!
