A bold, savoury kimchi-style ferment made with organic kohlrabi and leek, finished with garlic, ginger and mineral-rich dulse seaweed.
Garlicky, deeply umami and gently aromatic, this is a non-spicy kimchi inspired ferment. Rich in flavour without heat. Slow-fermented in small batches, it brings depth and brightness to everyday meals.
Unpasteurised, alive with naturally occurring cultures, and made by hand in Wales.

Ingredients
Kohlrabi (71.5%)*, mooli (9%)*, leek (6.48%)*, apple (6%)*, salsify*, sea salt, dried ginger*, dried garlic*, dulse*, white pepper*

To taste with
Seeded sourdough or rye toast, noodles, fried eggs, tofu, mushrooms, tofu, tempeh or crispy chickpeas, brothy soups or miso-style bowls or simple rice dishes.
Tip: stir through warm food just before serving, or spoon on top to keep the cultures alive.

Keep refrigerated.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks.
