I’m developing a patent-pending low sugar, high fibre, live-culture drink, designed to be both functional and simple in a recyclable spouted pouch.
It’s something I’ve been quietly working on alongside my seasonal ferments bringing together everything I’ve learned about fermentation, real ingredients, and everyday gut-friendly food.
To take this from small-scale batches to something ready for shelves, I now need to work with manufacturing partners, run production trials and refine the process and scale it properly.
THE GOAL
