Fermentation Workshop at the Halen Môn Seaweed Festival

Join us for a hands-on fermentation workshop celebrating seasonal ingredients, seaweed, and the art of slow food.

In this intimate session, you’ll learn how to create two vibrant, gut-friendly ferments using organic British produce and mineral-rich Halen Môn sea salt. Together, we’ll make a sea salad sauerkraut and a lacto-fermented rhubarb & elderflower, exploring both technique and flavour along the way.

This workshop is designed to give you not just recipes, but confidence and helping you understand the why behind fermentation, how to do it safely at home, and how to make it part of your everyday cooking.

Each ticket includes:
